Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai manajemen pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui program adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 13 Kota Tangerang yang dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2020 sampai bulan Mei 2021. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua Gerakan PBLHS, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, pembina ekstrakurikuler lingkungan hidup, siswa, dan orang tua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) perencanaan pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan dilakukan mulai dari mengubah visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah, menyusun kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, pembentukan ekstrakurikuler lingkungan hidup, merevisi kurikulum sesuai panduan dari pemerintah pusat, sampai ke silabus dan RPP, mengintegrasikan semua mata pelajaran dengan pendidikan lingkungan hidup, penyusunan rencana aksi, dan pengalokasian anggaran kegiatan khususnya untuk pengadaan sarana dan prasarana ramah lingkungan. (2) pengorganisasi pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan dilakukan dengan penetapan struktur organisasi adiwiyata, struktur organisasi ekstrakurikuler lingkungan hidup, dan struktur organisasi kelas. (3) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui program adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 13 Kota Tangerang terintegrasi dengan semua mata pelajaran, kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. (4) pengawasan pendidikan karakter peduli lingkungan dilakukan oleh pengawas internal dan pengawasan eksternal. Pengawas internal terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Pengawasan yang dilkukan kepala sekolah secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Sementara itu, pengawasan oleh guru kepada siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan rapor lingkungan dan angket lingkungan. Adapun pengawas eksternal berasal dari BLH (Badan Lingkungan Hidup). ********* This study aims to get an overview of the management of environmental care character education through the Adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 13 Tangerang City which was carried out from December 2020 to May 2021. Researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Informants in this study were the head of the PBLHS Movement, vice principals, teachers, environmental extracurricular coaches, students, and parents of students. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that: Data collection was done through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) environmental care character education planning is carried out starting from changing the school's vision, mission, and goals, developing environmentally friendly school policies, establishing environmental extracurriculars, revising the curriculum according to guidelines from the central government, to the syllabus and RPP, integrates all subjects with environmental education, prepares action plans, and allocates activity budgets, especially for the procurement of environmentally friendly facilities and infrastructure. (2) the organization of environmental care character education is carried out by determining the adiwiyata organizational structure, environmental extracurricular organizational structure, and class organizational structure. (3) The implementation of environmental care character education through the Adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 13 Tangerang City is integrated with all subjects, school policies with an environmental perspective, and extracurricular activities. (4) supervision of environmental care character education is carried out by internal and external supervisors. Internal supervisors consist of principals and teachers. Supervision carried out by the principal directly and indirectly. Meanwhile, supervision by teachers to students is carried out using environmental report cards and environmental questionnaires. The external supervisor comes from the BLH (Environmental Agency).
