Abstract
ABSTRAK VICKY INDAH INDRIANI. Pengaruh Pendekatan Saintifik pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh terhadap Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis Peserta Didik SMP Negeri 20 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik SMP Negeri 20 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi experiment. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan simple random sampling untuk menentukan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas tersebut telah memenuhi syarat normalitas dan homogenitas serta memiliki kesamaan rata-rata. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah hasil tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel. Instrumen tes berbentuk soal uraian sebanyak lima soal yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai t_hitung=2,238>t_tabel=1,669, maka tolak H_0 pada taraf signifikansi α=0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis peserta didik SMP Negeri 20 Jakarta. Berdasarkan perhitungan besar pengaruh diperoleh d=0,564, dengan presentase sebesar 69% yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. The Effect of Scientific Approach on Distance Learning on the Ability to Understand Mathematical Concepts of Students at 20 Junior High School Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Jakarta, 2021. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the scientific approach in distance learning on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of the students of 20 Junior High School Jakarta. The research method used was a quasi-experimental method. Moreover, the sampling technique used was cluster random sampling and simple random sampling in order to determine the experimental class and the control class. The class has met the requirements of normality and homogeneity; besides, it has the same average. The research instrument used was the result of the students' ability to understand mathematical concepts on the material of two-variable linear equation system. The test instrument is in the form of description of five questions which have been tested for validity and reliability. The hypothesis testing is conducted by using t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value of t_count=2,238>t_table=1,669, thus reject H_0 at the significance level = 0.05. It shows that there is influence of the scientific approach in distance learning on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students at 20 Junior High School Jakarta. Based on the calculation of the magnitude of the effect obtained d = 0.564, with a percentage of 69% which is considered as the medium category.
