Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran resiliensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan yang mengalami phk akibat pandemic covid-19. Tipe penelitian berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat ukur variabel resiliensi yang digunakan adalah Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) dengan 20 butir item. Data yang dikumpulkan berjumlah 101 responden. Skor resiliensi senilai 77,00 yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang mengalami phk memiliki tingkat resiliensi yang cenderung tinggi dengan mean sebesar 56,97. Aspek pembentuk resiliensi yang paling berperan adalah keyakinan pada naluri, toleransi terhadap hal buruk atau negatif, dan mampu mengatasi akibat dari stres. This study aims to describe employees who experienced job cuts due to the covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The resilience variable measuring instrument used is the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) with 20 items. The data collected amounted to 101 respondents. The resilience score is 77.00 which is calculated using SPSS software using descriptive statistics. The results of the research data show that employees who experienced job cuts due have a resilience with a mean of 56.97. Aspects of resilience that play the most role are belief in instinct, tolerance for bad or negative things, and being able to cope with the effects of stress.
