Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (i) efek penilai (ii) validasi (iii) reliabilitas instrumen penilaian supervisi klinis pada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian pengembangan dengan tujuan menghasilkan produk berupa instrumen penilaian supervisi klinis pada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan R & D. Populasi penelitian adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yang tersertifikasi di Kabupaten Bekasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 ratee/guru Pendidikan Agama Islam diambil secara stratified proporsional random sampling. Jumlah rater/Pengawas Pendidikan Islam sebanyak 7 orang dan jumlah item indikator sebanyak 23 buah menggunakan rubrik penilaian. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket, dan dianalisis menggunakan Multi facets Rasch Model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (i) tidak terdapat efek penilai yang parah pada instrumen penilaian supervisi klinis guru Pendidikan Agama Islam namun mempunyai efek penilai yang longgar dan moderat (ii) hasil validasi isi pada instrumen supervisi klinis pada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berdasarkan nilai CVR yaitu 0,99 maka seluruh butir dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan (iii) ) Hasil reliabilitas pada penelitian skala besar pada item indikator 23, ada tiga nomor yang misfit namun dipertahankan yaitu nomor 2,12 dan 21, nilai reliabilitas 0,98 artinya instrumen mempunyai kualitas stabilitas yang cukup tinggi hal tersebut menunjukkan keandalan antar rater yang baik. Kata kunci : Supervisi klinis, Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, MFRM  *********** ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (i) the effect of the assessor (ii) the validation (iii) the reliability of the clinical supervision assessment instrument for Islamic religious education teachers. This research is in the form of development research with the aim of producing a product in the form of a clinical supervision assessment instrument for Islamic Religious Education teachers. The development model used is an R&D development model. The study population was a certified Islamic Religious Education teacher in Bekasi Regency. The research sample of 50 people/teachers of Islamic Religious Education was taken by proportional stratified random sampling. The number of assessors/supervisors of Islamic Education was 7 people and the number of indicator items was 23 using the service rubric. The research data were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, and analyzed using the Multi facets Rasch Model. The results showed: (i) there is no evidence of assessment in the form of severity in the clinical assessment instrument of Islamic religious education because it has a value of 0.01 and has a value of -0.42 log, which has a separation value of 1, 12 and reliability of 0, 55 means that it is of sufficient value (ii) the results of content validation on the clinical supervision instrument for Islamic Religious Education teachers are based on the CVR value of 0.99 then all items are declared valid and suitable for further research (iii) The reliability results in large-scale research on indicator items 23, there are three numbers that are misfit but are maintained, namely numbers 2.12 and 21, the reliability value is 0.98, meaning that the instrument has a fairly high quality of stability, this indicates good reliability between raters.
