Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leader member exchange (lmx) dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru yang berada di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Neglasari, Kota Tangerang. Metode survey digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 371 guru dan sampel sebanyak 77 guru Sekolah Dasar yang terletak di Kecamatan Neglasari, Kota Tangerang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Leader member exchange memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, artinya hubungan timbal balik yang terjalin antara kepala sekolah dan guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru 2) Budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, artinya budaya kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja guru dan 3) Leader member exchange memiliki pengaruh langsung positif terhadap budaya kerja, artinya hubungan timbal balik yang terjalin antara kepala sekolah dan guru dapat memengaruhi budaya kerja. This research was conducted with the aim to know the effect of leader member exchange (lmx) and work culture towards the performance of elementary school teachers in the Neglasari District, Tangerang City. The survey method used in this study with research hypotheses tested using the path analysis. The population in this study is 371 teachers and the sample is 77 elementary school teachers in Neglasari District, Tangerang City. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leader member exchange has a direct positive influence towards teacher performance, that means the reciprocal relationship that exists between school principals and teachers can improve teacher performance 2) Work culture has a positive direct influence towards teacher performance, that means a good work culture will improve the teacher performance and 3) Leader member exchange has a positive direct influence towards work culture, that means the reciprocal relationship that exists between school principals and teachers can affect work culture.
