Abstract
Penelitian ini secara garis besar memiliki tujuan utama yaitu; Pertama, mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan E-commerce kepada pemuda desa Tamansari oleh Kampung Marketer. Kedua, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung pelatihan E-commerce yang dilakukan oleh Kampung Marketer. Ketiga, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat pelatihan E-commerce yang dilakukan oleh Kampung Marketer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu tutor Kampung Marketer, pengurus Kampung Marketer, dan peserta pelatihan (pemuda desa). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Kampung Marketer Jl. Raya Tamansari, Kompleks Karangwuni, Desa Tamansari, Karangmoncol, Kab. Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelatihan e-commerce yang diselenggarakan oleh Kampung Marketer kepada pemuda Desa TamanSari memiliki 10 langkah dalam mengelola pelatihan sesuai dengan konsep tahapan pengelolaan pelatihan menurut Sudjana dan terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pelatihan e-commerce ini. Selain itu, pelatihan e-commerce tersebut menghasilkan output Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memiliki keahlian dan sikap profesional di bidang e-commerce terkhusus pada sub bidang customer service dan advertiser. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Pemuda Desa, E-Commerce ********** In general, this research has the main objectives; First, knowing the implementation of E-commerce training for youth in Tamansari village by Kampung Marketer. Second, knowing the factors that support the E-commerce training conducted by Kampung Marketer. Third, knowing the factors that hinder the E-commerce training conducted by the Marketer Village. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of description. The data of this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were Kampung Marketer tutors, Village Marketer administrators, and training participants (village youth). The location of the research was carried out at the Kampung Marketer Office Jl. Raya Tamansari, Karangwuni Complex, Tamansari Village, Karangmoncol, Kab. Purbalingga, Central Java. The results of the study explain that the e-commerce training organized by the Marketer Village for the youth of Taman Sari Village has 10 steps in managing the training according to the management concept according to Sudjana and there are several supporting and inhibiting factors of this e-commerce training. In addition, the e-commerce training produces Human Resources (HR) outputs who have professional skills and attitudes in the e-commerce field, especially in the sub-fields of customer service and advertisers
