Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi andragogi tutor, untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi peserta didik tentang kompetensi andragogi tutor terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik paket C (studi di PKBM Fizar Jatinegara). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik paket C yang beragama islam dengan jumlah 47 orang. pengambilan sampel menggunakan dispropitionate random sampling. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 32 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan persepsi peserta didik terhadap kompetensi andragogi tutor masuk ke dalam kategori cukup dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 48,28. Kedua, motivasi belajar peserta didik masuk ke dalam kategori cukup dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 49,65. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan hasil rhitung (0,477.) > rtabel (0,349) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 < 0,05. kemudian konstribusi variabel persepsi peserta didik terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik sebesar 22,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 77,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. *********** This study aims to find out how students' perceptions of tutor's andragogy competence are, to find out how students' learning motivation is, and to find out whether there is a relationship between students' perceptions of tutor's andragogy competencies and student's learning motivation package C (study at PKBM Fizar Jatinegara). This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were students of package C who were Muslim with a total of 47 people. sampling using disproportionate random sampling. Based on this technique, 32 samples were obtained. The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The results obtained show that students' perceptions of the andragogy competence of tutors fall into the sufficient category with an average value of 48.28. Second, the learning motivation of students is included in the sufficient category with an average value of 49.65. Then based on the results of the study showed that the two variables had a positive and significant relationship. This is obtained from the results of calculations using product moment correlation with the results of rhitung (0.477.) > rtable (0.349) with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05. Then the contribution of students' perception variables to students' learning motivation is 22.7%, while the remaining 77.3% is influenced by other factors.
