Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh antar variable yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional, pemberdayaan dan keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kabupaten Buton. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisa jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Buton, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Waktu penelitian mulai dari persiapan proposal sampai penulisan laporan penelitian direncanakan mulai Januari 2019 sampai dengan selesai Juni 2019. populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai Pemerintah Daerah di Kabupaten Buton berjumlah 90 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan tingkat kesalahan ()5%, maka sebanyak 73 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan skala Likert. Data dilakukan uji linieritas dan normalitas. Hasil penelitian 1). Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2). Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung positif Pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3). Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4). Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan transfromasional terhadap pemberdayaan. 5). Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterikatan kerja. 6). Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif pemberdayaan terhadap keterikatan kerja. 7). Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Keterikatan Kerja. 8). Terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung positif Pemberdayaan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Keterikatan Kerja. 9). Terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Pemberdayaan dan Keterikatan Kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine, examine and analyze the influence between variables, namely transformational leadership, empowerment and work engagement on employee performance in Buton Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. This research was conducted in the Regional Government of Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research time starting from proposal preparation to writing research reports is planned from January 2019 to completion in June 2019. The population is all local government employees in Buton Regency totaling 90 people. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique with an error rate () 5%, so as many as 73 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data were tested for linearity and normality. Research results 1). There is no direct positive effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. 2). There is no direct positive effect of Empowerment on employee performance. 3). There is a direct positive effect of work engagement on employee performance. 4). There is a positive direct influence of transformational leadership on empowerment. 5). There is a positive direct effect of transformational leadership on work engagement. 6) There is a direct positive influence of empowerment on work engagement. 7). There is a positive indirect effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance through Work Engagement. 8). There is a positive indirect effect of empowerment on employee performance through work engagement. 9). There is an indirect influence of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance through Empowerment and Work Engagement.
