Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan proksi Return on Assets (ROA). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari aplikasi Thomson Router-Eikon yang ada di Perpustakaan FE UI dan website Globel Reporting Initiative (GRI). Populasi pada penelitian ini, yakni perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI yang menerbitkan laporan Sustainability Report G4 pada GRI periode 2013-2015. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel 30 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah CSR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan, Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perushaan, Leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan pada perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI 2013-2015 he study attempts to indetify te effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Size, dan Leverage on the Corporate Financia Performance proxy Return on Assets (ROA). This research using data secondary of Thomson Routers-Eikon in FE UI library and website Globel Reporting Initiative (GRI). The population in this study is non-financial companies issuing Sustainability Report G4 between the year 2013-2015. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling, hence 30 company. This research uses a linier regression. The result was CSR had no significant influence to Corporate Financial Performance, Size had positif significant impact to Corporate Financial Performance, Leverage had a negative significant in non-financial companies in BEI 2013-2015.
