Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Totasl Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Corporate Governance yang diproxikan oleh keberadaan dewan komisaris wanita (FBOC) dan dewan direksi wanita (FBOD) terhadap Kinerja perusahaan yang diproxikan dengan ROA pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2011–2015 sebanyak 64 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 28 sampel perusahaan. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi data panel dengan menggunakan Random Effects Model. Hasil peneltiian ini menunjukkan bahwa CR dan TATO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, dan variabel Corporate Governance yang diproxikan dengan FBOC dan FBOD tidak signifikan atau tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA. The purpose of this study to test empirically the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Totasl Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Corporate Governance measuread by Female Board of Commisioner (FBOC) and Female Board of Director (FBOD) on Corporate Performances of Manufacture Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2011 – 2015 with total population 64 companies. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and resulting 23 companies are used as sampel of this research. The research model in this study using panel data analysis with Random Effects Model approach. The results show that CR and TATO has positive and significant towards ROA, DER has negative and significant towards ROA and Corporate Governance measured by FBOC and FBOD insignificant towards ROA.
