Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi, komitmen organisasi dan inovasi manajemen kelas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI Sekolah Dasar Se-Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 95 guru PAI yang diambil dari populasi yang berjumlah 125 orang dan kemudian dipilih secara acak sebagai unit analisis dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur, data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. setelah semua variabel dimasukkan ke dalam matriks korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kompetensi terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI (3)Terdapat pengaruh langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI (4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung inovasi manajemen kelas terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI (5)Terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kompetensi guru PAI (6) Terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi guru PAI (7)Terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap inovasi manajemen kelas guru PAI (8) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kompetensi terhadap inovasi manajemen kelas guru PAI (9) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI melalui kompetensi (10). Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI melalui komitmen organisasi (11) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kualitas layanan guru PAI melalui inovasi manajemen kelas. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan guru PAI Sekolah Dasar Se-kota Kendari dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, kompetensi , komitmen organisasi dan meningkatkan inovasi manajemen kelas guru PAI*************This study aims to obtain information related to the influence of transformational leadership style, competence, organizational commitment and PAI teacher classroom managementt innovation on teacher service quality. 95 teachers were randomly selected as the unit of analysis and the data were analyzed using path analysis after all variabels were entered into the correlation matrix. The results showed that: (1) There is a direct effect of transformational leadership style on PAI teachers quality service (2) There is direct effect of competence on PAI teachers quality service (3) There is a direct effect of organizational commitment on PAI teachers quality service (4)There is a direct effect of classroom managementt innovation on PAI teachers quality service;( 5) There is a direct efect of transformational leadership style on PAI teachers competence (6) There is a direct effect of transformational leadership on PAI teachers organizational commitment; (7)There is a direct effect of transformational leadership style on PAI teachers classroom management innovation; (8) There is a direct effect of competence on PAI teachers classroom managementt innovation( 9)There is indirect effect of transformational leadership style on teacher quality service through PAI teachers competence (10). There is indirect effect of transformational leadership style on PAI teachers quality service through organizational commitment (11) There is inderect effect of transformational leadership style on PAI teachers quality service through PAI teachers classroom management innovation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded tthat to improve the quality of services PAI teachers in elementary schools in Kendari City, it can be done by increasing the transformational leadership of school principals, teacher competence, teacher school organizational commitment and increasing innovation classroom management PAI teachers.
