Abstract

Ikan merupakan hasil sumber daya alam yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan nilai biologis yang tinggi. Salah satu manfaat dari ikan ialah kandungan zat gizi yang berfungsi meningkatkan imunitas. Akan tetapi ikan kurang diminati masyarakat dan belum dikonsumsi secara merata di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap tentang konsumsi ikan terhadap perilaku mengonsumsi ikan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi dan survei sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi covid-19 di kecamatan Cimanggis kota Depok dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase dari 25 orang responden yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang ikan tinggi sebanyak 64%, responden yang memiliki sikap tentang konsumsi ikan tinggi sebanyak 68%, dan responden yang memiliki perilaku mengonsumsi ikan rendah sebanyak 60%. Sementara itu, hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku mengonsumsi ikan (r = 0,160), terdapat hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku mengonsumsi ikan (r = 0,395) dan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku mengonsumsi ikan secara bersama (r = 0,461). Diketahui pula pengaruh antar variabel secara simultan tidak signifikan (F = 2,974) dan memiliki nilai koefisien determinan sebesar 21,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan kepada masyarakat, pendidik dan pemerintah agar dapat menciptakan dan melaksanakan program yang dapat meningkatkan konsumsi ikan, sehingga masyarakat akan memiliki imunitas yang sangat baik. One of the benefits of fish is the content of nutrients that function to increase immunity. However, fish are less interest to the public and have not been consumed evenly in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about fish consumption on people's fish consumption behavior. This type of research is quantitative approach with a correlation purpose and survey as data collection technique The sample in this study was the community affected by the covid-19 pandemic in the Cimanggis sub-district, Depok city with a total sample of 25 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The results showed that the percentage of 25 respondents who had high fish knowledge was 64%, respondents who had high fish consumption attitudes were 68%, and 60% of respondents had low fish consumption behavior. Meanwhile, the results of the correlation test showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and fish-consuming behavior (r = 0,160), there was a relationship between attitude and fish-consuming behavior (r = 0.395) and there was a relationship between knowledge, attitude and fish-consuming behavior (r = 0,461). It is also known that the simultaneous influence between variables is not significant (F = 2.974) and has a determinant coefficient of 21.3%. Based on the research results, it is expected that the community, educators and the government can create and implement programs that can increase fish consumption, thus people would have excellent immunity.
