Abstract

Advances internet technology in the 21 century facilitate the education system in implementing Technological Pendagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), as a result, learning activities become optimal. Optimal learning stimulate student to have the ability to think, one of which is creative thinking. Based on observation, it was found that the Biology learning at SMAN 5 Metro Lampung applied the flipped classroom learning model which was integrated with TPACK. In addition, it was also found that the Biology evaluation activity did not use questions of the C4 – C6 cognitive domain. This study aims to measure the relationship between the level of student participation in flipped classroom and the ability to think creatively in Biology subject. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a correlational study. The population of this study were student of class XII MIPA, totaling 93 people selected through Simple Random Sampling. The result of the study stated the student at SMAN 5 Metro Lampung had a good level of participation in flipped classroom learning and a sufficient level of creative thinking ability. In addition, it is known that three is a positive relationship between student participation in flipped classroom learning and creative thinking skills in the Biology, circulation system material.
