Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan minat pengguna Bus Transjakarta melalui aplikasi TIJE dan non aplikasi TIJE pada Koridor 01 rute Blok M – Kota. Bus Transjakarta menjadi salah satu transportasi publik yang di minati masyarakat Kota Jakarta, pengguna Bus Transjakarta dibagi menjadi dua yaitu melalui aplikasi TIJE dan non aplikasi TIJE. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sepanjang halte yang dilewati oleh Bus Transjakarta koridor 01 sebanyak 19 halte. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan banyak butir soal yang digunakan peneliti, sebanyak 65 responden (aplikasi TIJE) dan 65 responden (non aplikasi TIJE). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari hasil wawancara dengan responden pengguna Bus Transjakarta melalui aplikasi TIJE dan non aplikasi TIJE sepanjang koridor 01 Bus Transjakarta. Teknik analisis uji chi-square digunakan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak hubungan antara minat pengguna Bus Transjakarta melalui aplikasi TIJE dan non aplikasi TIJE pada Koridor 01 rute Blok M - Kota. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui pengujian data yang diukur menggunakan minat pengguna faktor dari dalam dan faktor dari luar, menunjukkan hasil bahwa chi-square hitung > chi-square tabel yang dapat diartikan “ada hubungan minat pengguna Bus Transjakarta melalui aplikasi TIJE dan non aplikasi TIJE”. Minat penggunaan Bus Transjakarta melalui aplikasi TIJE memiliki hubungan faktor dari luar yaitu adanya rekomendasi dari teman/keluarga/sosial media menggunakan aplikasi TIJE mempermudah mobilitas perjalanan, sedangkan minat pengguna Bus Trasnajakarta melalui non aplikasi TIJE memiliki hubungan faktor dari dalam yaitu penggunan Bus Transjakarta sudah mengetahui rute perjalanan untuk menentukan halte terdekat maupun koridor yang akan digunakan karena berdomisili di Kota Jakarta. This study aims to determine the relationship between the interests of Transjakarta Bus users through the TIJE application and non-TIJE applications on Corridor 01 on the Blok M – Kota route. The Transjakarta Bus is one of the public transportations that are of interest to the people of the City of Jakarta, Transjakarta Bus users are divided into two, namely through the TIJE application and non-TIJE applications. This research was conducted along the 19 bus stops passed by Transjakarta Bus corridor 01. The sample was determined based on the number of questions used by the researcher, as many as 65 respondents (TIJE application) and 65 respondents (non TIJE application). This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data obtained comes from the results of interviews with respondents using the Transjakarta Bus through the TIJE application and non-TIJE applications along the Transjakarta Bus corridor 01. The chi-square test analysis technique was used to determine whether or not there was a relationship between the interests of Transjakarta Bus users through the TIJE application and non-TIJE applications on Corridor 01 on the Blok M - Kota route. Based on the results of research through testing data measured using user interest factors from inside and outside factors, the results show that the chi-square count > chi- square table which can be interpreted "there is a relationship between the interests of Transjakarta Bus users through the TIJE application and non-TIJE applications". Interest in using the Transjakrta Bus through the TIJE application has a relationship with external factors, namely the recommendation from friends/family/social media using the TIJE application to facilitate travel mobility, while the interest of Transjakarta Bus users through non-TIJE applications has an internal factor relationship, namely the use of the Transjakarta Bus already knows the route. travel to determine the nearest bus stop or corridor to be used because they are domiciled in the city of Jakarta
