Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk adaptasi ekonomi masyarakat Bukit Duri yang direlokasi ke Rusunawa Rawa Bebek, Jakarta Timur. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif pendekatan wawancara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kegiatan perekonomian warga Rusunawa Rawa Bebek pasca relokasi. Adapun pengumpulan informasi berupa wawancara dengan informan kunci seperti Kepala UPRS, Ketua RT, Ketua RW serta warga relokasi sebagai informan pendukung. Hasil observasi dan wawancara, menunjukkan lokasi rusunawa yang aksesibilitas transportasi sulit, lokasi yang tidak strategis karena berjauhan dengan permukiman warga dan fasilitas publik membuat warga melakukan bentuk adaptasi ekonomi dengan pemanfaatan internet sebagai sarana mempermudah dalam mobilitas sehari-hari, memasarkan produk usahanya melalui e-commerce dan media sosial. Warga rusunawa kini sudah dapat menyesuaikan diri dan dapat beradaptasi dari kehidupan baru terhadap lingkungan tempat tinggal, di Rusunawa dengan segala bentuk kewajiban pengeluarannya, seperti biaya listrik, biaya air, dan biaya sewa hunian, dan juga kios (jika menyewa kios). UPRS memberikan fasilitas serta memberikan program-program yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga, seperti seminar kewirausahaan Jakpreneur meningkatkan kemampuan warga dalam berusaha terutama inovasi dalam memasarkan produknya ke internet. Sehingga warga sangat dibantu dalam beradaptasi dan bertahan di lingkungan yang baru. This study aims to determine the form of economic adaptation of the people of Bukit Duri people after the relocation to Rusunawa Rawa Bebek, East Jakarta. The method in this study is a qualitative survey approach. Data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Observation were made to determine the economic activities of Rusunawa Rawa Bebek people after the relocation. The data collection was in the form of interviews with key informants such as the Head of the UPRS Rawa Bebek, Urban Village Community Leaders of Rusunawa Rawa Bebek and the community as supporting information. The results of observations and interviews show that the location of the flats where transportation accessibility is difficult, the location is not strategic because it is far from residential areas and public facilities, making residents take a form of economic adaptation by using the internet as a means of facilitating daily mobility, marketing their business products through e-commerce. and social media. Residents of Rusunawa are now able to adjust and adapt from their new life to their living environment, in Rusunawa with all their expenditure obligations, such as electricity costs, water costs, and housing rental fees, as well as kiosks (if renting a kiosk). UPRS provides facilities and provides programs that aim to improve the welfare of citizens, such as the Jakpreneur entrepreneurship seminar to improve the ability of citizens to do business, especially innovation in marketing their products to the internet. So that residents are greatly assisted in adapting and surviving in a new environment.
