Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu model pembelajaran pada mata kuliah strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Model pembelajaran ini menggunakan multimedia interaktif dan bahan ajar cetak sebagai sistem pendukung untuk pelaksanaan sintaks pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan langkah pengembangan Step of Systems Approach Model of Educational Research and Development Borg and Gall yang dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan Alessi Trollip dan Rowntree. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kelas semester III yang mengikuti mata kuliah strategi pembelajaran. Pengembangan model pembelajaran ini telah melalui tahapan evaluasi formatif dimana terdapat beberapa langkah yang dilakukan. Evaluasi para ahli melibatakan ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli model pembelajaran, ahli multimedia, ahli media cetak dan ahli bahasa dengan skor rata-rata keseluruhan 80,03 yang termasuk dalam kategori layak. Uji coba perseorangan atau one-to one evaluation dilakukan kepada tiga orang mahasiswa yang memperoleh skor rata-rata 81,66 dengan kategori baik. Small group evaluation dilakukan pada 9 orang mahasiswa dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 90,00 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Tahap uji coba di kelas sebenarnya diuji dengan menggunakan Uji-t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik pada hasil belajar mahasiswa. Sebelum perlakuan diperoleh nilai pre-test 60,72 dan post-test 72,18 yang berarti terdapat kenaikan sebesar 12%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini masih terbatas pada mata kuliah strategi pembelajaran dan beberapa materi saja sehingga perlu dikembangkan pada materi lain dan perlu diujicobakan lebih luas. ************ The purpose of this research is to produce a learning model in the course of learning strategies to improve student learning outcomes. This learning model uses interactive multimedia and printed teaching materials as a support system for the implementation of learning syntax. This study employed to research and development that follow the development step of the step of systemic approach model of educational Research and development Borg and Gall which is combined with the development model of Alessi Trollip and Rowntree. The subjects of this study were students of the third semester who took the learning strategy course. The development of this learning model has gone through a formative evaluation stage where there are several steps taken. Experts evaluation was involving a subject matter expert, an instructional design expert, instructional model expert, multimedia expert, printed media expert and linguistic expert. The overall average expert score got 79.88 which belongs to the feasible category. A one-to-one evaluation was conducted on three students who obtained an average score of 81.66 and belong to the good category. Small group evaluation was carried out on 9 students with an average score of 90.00 which was in the very good category. The field test was tested using paired sample t-test indicating that there was a statistically significant difference in student learning outcomes. Paired sample t-test showed that there was a statistically significant difference in student performance. Before the treatment, the pre-test scores were 60,72 and the post-test scores were 72,18.There was an increase about 12%. The results of this study indicate that the development of interactive multimedia products could improve students’ achievement. This research is still limited to learning strategy courses and only a few materials so that it needs to be developed on other materials and needs to be tested more widely.
