Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS pada masa pandemi covid 19 di SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria siswa pada kelas yang diampu oleh guru geografi yang sama dan kelas dengan nilai rata - rata ulangan harian tertinggi, didapatkan sampel sebesar 72 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis Statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara empiris motivasi belajar, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS pada masa pandemi covid 19 di SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta.Terbukti melalui hasil pengujian dalam analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh nilai Sig sebesar 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 hal ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar geografi di masa pandemi covid 19. Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi akan meningkat dimasa pandemi covid 19, jika motivasi belajarnya meningkat kearah yang lebih baik, besaran pengaruh motivasi belajar Figur Wening Aji. 4315163974. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on the geography learning outcomes of class XI IPS students during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta for the academic year 2020/2021. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of students in the class taught by the same geography teacher and the class with the highest average daily test score obtained a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis technique and simple linear regression statistical analysis. The results showed that empirically learning motivation had a significant effect on the geography learning outcomes of class XI IPS students during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta. It is proven through the test results in a simple linear regression analysis that a Sig value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, this indicates a significant influence between learning motivation on learning outcomes in geography during the covid 19 pandemic. Student learning outcomes in geography subjects will increase during the covid pandemic. 19 if the learning motivation increases towards a better direction, the magnitude of the influence of learning motivation on the geography learning outcomes of class XI IPS students during the covid 19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 96 Jakarta is 45.1% while the remaining 54.9% is influenced by other factors not studied.
