Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kemacetan terhadap pengguna jalan di Simpang Tugu Tanah Baru Kota Depok. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pengguna jalan yang menggunakan jenis kendaraan Golongan I (Mobil Roda 4 dan Sepeda Motor). Waktu pengambilan data pada bulan April – Mei 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Cara pengumpulan data primer menggunakan sampling kuota terhadap pengguna jalan yang mengalami kemacetan lalu lintas kemudian hasilnya diolah dengan metode perhitungan konsumsi bahan bakar minyak (BBM) kendaraan Pacific Consultant International (PCI). Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemacetan dapat mengakibatkan pengguna jalan merasa tidak nyaman dan memberikan dampak seperti merasakan stress, emosi dan lelah secara fisik (sakit kepala, pegal-pegal). Pengguna jalan mengalami kerugian waktu untuk sepeda motor adalah sebesar 39,85 menit/hari, sedangkan untuk mobil roda 4 sebesar 42,06 menit/hari. Pemborosan konsumsi bahan bakar kendaraan jenis sepeda motor karena kemacetan sebesar 0,431 liter/kendaraan, sedangkan untuk mobil roda 4 sebesar 0,807 liter/kendaraan. Kata Kunci : Kemacetan, Kerugian, BBM, Waktu, Pengguna Jalan This study aims to analyze the impact of traffic jam on the road users in Simpang Tugu Tanah Baru Depok. The focus of this study is road users who use type I vehicles (4-wheeled cars and motorcycles). The method used in this study is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The method of collecting primary data using quota sampling against road users who experience traffic jam and then the results are processed by the method of calculating fuel consumption of Pacific Consultant International (PCI) vehicles. The results showed traffic jam can cause road users to feel uncomfortable and have an impact such as feeling stressed, emotional and physically tired (headaches, aches). Road users suffered a loss of time for motorcycles is 39.85 minutes / day, while for 4-wheeled cars of 42.06 minutes / day. Waste of fuel consumption of motorcycle-type vehicles due to congestion of 0.431 liters / vehicle, while for 4-wheeled cars of 0.807 liters / vehicle.
