Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pola asuh dominan orangtua, dilengkapi faktor pendukung dan penghambat orangtua dalam proses membentuk karakter religiusitas anak. Hal ini dilakukan karena melihat kondisi saat ini banyak orangtua zaman sekarang sibuk terhadap aktivitas pekerjaannya sehingga pola asuh yang diterapkan dalam mendidik anak membentuk karakter religiusitas kurang maksimal.Mereka kurang memperhatikan terhadap pentingnya menanamkan nilai-nilai religiusitas kepada anak dengan membiarkan anak lalai terhadap gadgetnya dan hal lainnya yang membuat anak terhambat untuk menerapkan karakter religiusitas. Penelitian memaparkan hasil data dari empat keluarga yang dianggap berhasil membentuk religiusutas anak sehingga dapat menjadi teladan bagi orangtua lainnya. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pola asuh dominan orangtua. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan maret dengan mengambil data dari orangtua dan anak. Teori yang digunakan ialah beberapa gagasan pemikiran para ahli dalam aspek pola asuh, karakter religiusitas, indikator karakter religiusitas, dan keluarga muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola asuh dominan yang dilakukan orangtua dalam membentuk karakter religiusitas anak ialah pola asuh demokratis. Orangtua mengajarkan, membiasakan, memperhatikan, menanyakan, dan memberikan teladan serta contoh yang baik kepada anak dalam melakukan shalat lima waktu dalam sehari, mengaji, puasa Ramadhan, akhlak yang baik, belajar, mengerjakan tugas, hidup rapi, teratur dan bermanfaat untuk orang lain. Orangtua juga menunjang semua kebutuhan fasilitas anak dalam belajar dan memberikan hadiah ketika mendapatkan peringkat. Faktor pendukung dalam pembentukkan karakter religiusitas anak ialah orangtua mengikuti jejak orang sholeh, pemberian rezeki dan makanan yang halal, keterlibatan dan kesungguhan orangtua dalam mendidik anak, hubungan komunikasi orangtua yang baik, lingkungan pendidikan agama yang kondusif, silaturahim ke rumah orang sholeh, orangtua memberi hadiah kepada guru agama anak, ditahnik, doa orangtua dan doa orang sholeh sedangkan faktor penghambatnya ialah perbedaan persepsi antara orangtua dan anak karena perbedaan pendidikan dalam mengajarkan anak dan keadaan hati. Kata Kunci : Pola Asuh, Orangtua, dan Karakter Religiusitas This research aims to describe and analyze the type of parenting style that dominates, as well as the support factors and the resisitance on the parent process of forming children’s religious character. The research was conducted because it looked at the current conditions where many parents today are busy with their work activities, so the parenting applied to educate children’s religious character form less effective. They pay less attention to how important it is to cultivate the velue of religiosity, by letting children only focus on gadgets and other things that hinder children from forming religious characters. This research describes the results of data from four families who are considered successful in shaping children's religiosity so that they can be role models for other parents. The researcher uses qualitative descriptive method and a case study approach which describe and analyze the dominating parenting style. Source of data obtained from depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research was conducted during March by taking data from parents and children. The theory used is a number of ideas from experts in aspects of parenting, religious character, indicators of religious character, and moslem Family. In this research , the result shows that parenting that dominates in forming children's religious character is democratic parenting. Parents teach, familiarize, pay attention, ask questions, and set a good example for children in performing the five daily prayers, reading The Holy Qur'an, Ramadan Fasting, good morals, studying, doing assignments, and being useful to others. Parents facilitate all the needs of children on their study and reward them for their achievements. Supporting factors in the formation of children's religious character are parents following the pious people's behaviour, providing sustenance and halal food, parental involvement and sincerity in educating children, good parental communication relationships, conducive religious education environment, relation to pious people's houses, parents appreciating children's religious teachers, getting tahnik, parents' prayers and pious people' prayers, while the inhibiting factor is the difference of perception between parents and children due to differences in education in teaching children and the state of their hearts.
