Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelekatan dengan orang tua terhadap kompetensi sosial calon guru. Penelitian ini melibatkan 108 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengisi kuesioner penelitian. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan dengan orang tua termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan kompetensi sosial termasuk kategori sedang. Hasil uji regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan dengan orangtua berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi sosial. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kelekatan dengan orangtua dapat meningkatkan kompetensi sosial calon guru. Kata kunci: calon guru, kelekatan orangtua, kompetensi sosial This study aims to analyze the influence of parent attachment on the social competence of prospective teacher. This study involved 108 students of the State University of Jakarta who were selected purposively. Research data collection was done by filling out research questionnaires. The data that has been collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression test. The results showed that parent attachment was in the medium category and social competence was in the medium category. The results of the linear regression test showed that parent attachment had a positive effect on social competence. Thus, increasing parent attachment can increase the social competence of prospective teachers. Keywords: parent attachment, prospective teacher, social competence
