Abstract

Pemerintah dalam PP Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang PSBB dalam rangka percepatan penanganan Coronavirus Disease 2019, salah satu pasalnya mengatur mengenai kegiatan pembelajaran daring di sekolah formal/non formal. Hal ini yang kemudian membuat aktivitas belajar anak-anak jalanan khususnya anak pemulung menjadi terkendala, dikarenakan pembelajaran harus diselenggarakan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Pembelajaran Daring beserta kendalanya di Yayasan Balarenik saat Pandemi Covid-19 pada Anak Pemulung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala yayasan, pengajar, dan peserta didik di Yayasan Balarenik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1. Pra pembelajaran daring di Yayasan Balarenik perencanaan pembelajarannya disusun oleh pengajar dan peserta didik secara bersama-sama. Tidak semua peserta didik mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fasilitas belajar daring. Maka dari itu fasilitas belajar daring disediakan oleh pihak Yayasan. Rangkaian kegiatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring seluruhnya telah dilaksanakan oleh sebagian besar peserta didik di Yayasan Balarenik, maka dari itu dapat dikatakan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada indikator setelah pembelajaran, peserta didik mampu menyesuaikan dengan kondisi belajar ditengah kondisi darurat pandemi, serta mampu untuk membagi waktu antara belajar dengan bekerja sebagai pemulung. 2. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran daring di Yayasan Balarenik saat pandemi Covid-19 pada anak pemulung, diantaranya keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana. Jumlah fasilitas yang disediakan oleh yayasan mengalami ketimpangan dengan jumlah peserta didik, namun pihak yayasan bersama dengan pendidik dan peserta didik bersinergi bersama untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan sesuai dengan kondisi peserta didik. The government in government regulations number 21 of 2020 concerning PSBB in the context of accelerating the handling of the 2019 Coronavirus Disease, one of the articles regulates online learning activities in formal/non-formal schools. This then makes the learning activities of street children, especially scavengers, become constrained, because learning must be held online. This study aims to describe the implementation of online learning and its obstacles at the Balarenik Foundation during the Covid-19 Pandemic for Scavenger Children. The research method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this study were the head of the foundation, teachers, and students at the Balarenik Foundation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Pre-learning online at the Balarenik Foundation is planned by the teacher and students together. Not all students are able to meet the needs of online learning facilities. Therefore, online learning facilities are provided by the Foundation. The series of online learning implementation activities have been entirely carried out by most students at the Balarenik Foundation, therefore it can be said that the implementation of learning has been going well. In the indicators after learning, students are able to adjust to learning conditions in the midst of a pandemic emergency, and are able to divide their time between studying and working as scavengers. 2. Obstacles faced in online learning at the Balarenik Foundation during the Covid-19 pandemic for scavengers, including limited facilities and infrastructure. The number of facilities provided by the foundation is unequal to the number of students, but the foundation together with educators and students synergize together to create a learning environment that is comfortable and in accordance with the conditions of students.
