Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pendidikan Diploma III Kebidanan di Akademi Kebidanan An Nur Husada Walisongo Lampung Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengabungkan model evaluasi CIPP dan ROI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gabungan model evaluasi CIPP dan ROI efektif dalam mengevaluasi program pendidikan Diploma III Kebidanan di Akbid An Nur Husada Wali Songo dengan hasil: 1) aspek konteks dalam penyelenggaraan program pendidikan Diploma III Kebidanan di Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo masih menggunakan kebijakan yang lama, namun masih relevan dengan tujuan program yang ditetapkan pemerintah, 2) Input dalam penyelenggaraan program belum memenuhi standar, yaitu pada aspek tenaga dosen, tenaga kependidikan, kurikulum, dan sarana prasarana, sedangkan pada aspek mahasiswa dan pembiayaan sudah memenuhi standar dengan baik, 3) Proses pelaksanaan program meliputi kegiatan pengajaran dan penelitian sudah terlaksana cukup baik namun belum memenuhi standar, sedangkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat belum dilaksanakan dengan baik dan belum memenuhi standar, 4) Produk (lulusan) Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo memiliki pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan yang memuaskan, namun pada tingkat kelulusan uji kompetensi hanya 85 % lulusan yang dinyatakan kompeten, 5) hasil perhitungan ROI pada Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo melampaui kriteria minimal 25 % yaitu 41,67 % yang artinya termasuk dalamkategori baik. Setiap Rp. 1,- yang diinvestasikan maka mendapatkan manfaat sebesar Rp.1,42. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan program Pendidikan Diploma III Kebidanan di Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo perlu dilakukan upaya perbaikan manajemen pada setiap komponen program sesuai dengan standar mutu pendidikan tinggi dan standar profesi bidan. Kata kunci : Evaluasi Program, Pendidikan Diploma III Kebidanan, CIPP, ROI ************ ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Diploma III Midwifery education program at the An Nur Husada Walisongo Midwifery Academy, North Lampung. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with combination of the CIPP and ROI evaluation model approach. The results showed that the combination of the CIPP and ROI evaluation model was effective in evaluating the Diploma III Midwifery education program at Akbid An Nur Husada Wali Songo with the results: 1) the implementation of the Diploma III Midwifery education program at Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo using the old policies, but still relevant to the stated of government about program objectives, 2) Inputs in the implementation program at Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo have not met the standards, namely in the aspects of lecturers, education staff, curriculum, and infrastructure, while in the student and financing aspects they have met the standard is so good, 3 ) The process of implementing learning and research activities has been carried out quite well but has not met the standards, while the implementation of community service activities has not been carried out properly and has not met standards, 4) Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo products (graduates) have satisfactory knowledge, attitudes and skills , but at the level of passing the test competence is only 85% of graduates who are declared competent, 5) the results of the calculation of ROI at Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo exceed the minimum criteria of 25%, namely 41.67% which means it is included in the good category, Every Rp. 1,- which is invested will get a benefit of Rp.1,42,-. To achieve the success of the Diploma III Midwifery Education program of Akbid An Nur Husada Walisongo, it is necessary to improve the management of each component of the program in accordance with the quality standards of higher education and the professional standards of midwives.
