Abstract

Lingkungan dengan manusia memiliki hubungan timbal balik dan saling bergantungan. Adanya hubungan timbal balik antara lingkungan dengan manusia mengakibatkan permasalahan lingkungan yang akan berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Penyebab utama masalah terhadap lingkungan yaitu memudarnya kepedulian seseorang serta perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungannya. Pemahaman perilaku dan sikap terhadap permasalahan lingkungan dapat ditinjau dari tingkat kepekaan peserta didik di sekolah. Perilaku bijak dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti pengalaman hidup peserta didik terhadap lingkungannya dan kemampuan dalam bertindak menjaga lingkungannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh environmental sensitivity peserta didik terhadap citizenship behavior yang dimediasi oleh intention to act peserta didik yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei melalui studi kausal yang dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 14 Jakarta pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa environmental sensitivity berpengaruh langsung terhadap intention to act secara signifikan, intention to act berpengaruh langsung terhadap citizenship behavior secara signifikan, environmental sensitivity berpengaruh langsung terhadap citizenship behavior secara signifikan, dan environmental sensitivity berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap citizenship behavior melalui intention to act. Sehingga intention to act dapat menjadi mediasi antara environmental sensitivity dengan citizenship behavior peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Analisis Jalur, Environmental Sensitivity, Intention to Act, Citizenship Behavior, Peserta Didik The environment and humans have a reciprocal and interdependent relationship. There is a reciprocal relationship between the environment and humans resulting in environmental problems that will affect the environment and other living things. The main cause of environmental problems is the waning of one's care and wise behavior towards the environment. Understanding behavior and attitudes towards environmental problems can be viewed from the level of sensitivity of students at school. Wise behavior can be influenced by several factors such as the life experience of students towards their environment and the ability to act in protecting their environment. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of students environmental sensitivity on citizenship behavior which is mediated by students intentions related to the environment. The research method used is a survey method through a causal study which is analyzed by path analysis. The research was carried out at SMAN 14 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of this study indicate that environmental sensitivity has a significant direct effect on intention to act, intention to act has a significant direct effect on citizenship behavior, environmental sensitivity has a significant direct effect on citizenship behavior, and environmental sensitivity has an indirect effect on citizenship behavior through intention to act. So that the intention to act can mediate between environmental sensitivity and citizenship behavior of students.
