Abstract

SURVEI TINGKAT KECEMASAN DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL PADA ATLET BOLA VOLI FORTIUS UNJ ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kecemasan dan dukungan sosial pada atlet bola voli fortius unj. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik survei. Sasaran atau subjek dalam peneltian ini adalah atlet Bola Voli Fortius UNJ. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengukur berapa besar tingkat kecemasan dan dukungan sosial pada atlet bola voli fortius unj. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik Total sampling. Total sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 54 orang dengan kategori putra sebayak 28 oang dan putri sebanyak 26 orang. Adapun tahapannya sebagai berikut: (1) melalui tahapan; (2) mengkaji teori yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti; (3) menyusun indikator; (4) kompetensi pendaki yang diharapkan dari variabel; (5) menyusun kisi-kisi; (6) penyusunan butir pertanyaan; (7) skala pengukur. Berdasarkan data, Tingkat Kecemasan Putra adalah sedang cenderung tinggi.Tingkat Kecemasan Putri sedang cenderung tinggi Dukungan Sosial Putra sedang cenderung rendah. dan Dukungan Sosial Putri sedang cenderung rendah. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kecemasan, Dukungan Sosial dan Atlet Bola Voli ANXIETY LEVEL AND SOCIAL SUPPORT IN FORTIUS UNJ VOLLEY BALL ATHLETES ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of anxiety and social support in volleyball athletes fortius unj. Data collection was carried out in January 2021. The research method used in this study was descriptive, with survey techniques. The target or subject in this research is the Fortius UNJ Volleyball athlete. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire which was used to measure the level of anxiety and social support in the fortius unj volleyball athletes. The sample in this study was taken with a total sampling technique. Total sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as a sample of 54 people, with 28 male and 26 female categories. The stages are as follows: (1) through stages; (2) examine theories related to the variables studied; (3) compiling indicators; (4) the expected climber competence of the variables; (5) compiling the grid; (6) preparation of questions; (7) measuring scale. Based on the data, Men's Anxiety Levels are moderately high. Women's Anxiety Levels are moderately high. Men’s Social Support tends to be low. Women's Social Supports are moderately low.
