Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Kartu Jakarta Pintar Plus (KJP Plus) di SMAN 48 Jakarta. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berusaha menjelaskan kontribusi dari Kartu Jakarta Pintar Plus (KJP Plus) dalam memberikan akses pendidikan bagi siswa di SMAN 48 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 48 Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta literatur. Kegiatan pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021 sampai dengan bulan April 2021. Informan dalam penelitian adalah Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang kesiswaan, Operator KJP, dan siswa penerima KJP Plus di SMAN 48 Jakarta yang terdiri dari siswa kelas 10, 11, dan 12 jurusan IPS. Hal ini dilakukan untuk merepresentasikan seluruh angkatan yang ada di jurusan IPS SMAN 48 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program KJP Plus di SMAN 48 Jakarta telah berperan terhadap akses pendidikan bagi siswa Hal ini ditunjukan dengan temuan bahwa pihak sekolah sebagai pelaksana program telah menunjukan ketegasannya dalam menegakan aturan terkait pelaksanaan KJP Plus. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya program ini juga masih memiliki beberapa masalah, seperti tidak adanya tanggal pasti kapan dana KJP Plus masuk ke rekening siswa dan informasi mengenai perubahan KJP Plus yang masih belum menyentuh seluruh orang tua dari penerima KJP Plus. keberadaan KJP Plus dalam temuan penelitian ini menunjukan kebermanfaatannya dalam hal akses pendidikan bagi siswa di SMAN 48 Jakarta. Pasalnya, walaupun pendidikan telah gratis namun yang menjadi penghambat siswa dalam mengakses pendidikan adalah ketidakmampuan orang tua untuk membiayai kebutuhan sekolah. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Jakarta Smart Plus Card (KJP Plus) program at SMAN 48 Jakarta. furthermore, this study also tries to explain the contribution of the Jakarta Smart Card Plus (KJP Plus) in providing access to education for students at SMAN 48 Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The location of the research was carried out at SMAN 48 Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. Data collection activities in this study were carried out from February 2021 to April 2021. The informants in the study were Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, KJP Operators, and students receiving KJP Plus at SMAN 48 Jakarta which consisted of students in grades 10, 11, and 12 majoring in social studies. This is done to represent the entire class in the Social Sciences department at SMAN 48 Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the KJP Plus program at SMAN 48 Jakarta has played a role in access to education for students. This is indicated by the finding that the school as the program implementer has shown firmness in enforcing rules related to the implementation of KJP Plus. However, in its implementation, this program still has several problems, such as the absence of an exact date when KJP Plus funds will enter student accounts and information on changes to KJP Plus which has not yet touched all parents of KJP Plus recipients. The existence of KJP Plus in the findings of this study shows its usefulness in terms of access to education for students at SMAN 48 Jakarta. The reason is, even though education is free, the obstacle for students in accessing education is the inability of parents to pay for the school needs.
