Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui integrasi kompetensi komunikasi dan kolaborasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa inggris untuk siswa kelas 7 dan untuk menunjukkan komponen belajar-mengajar mana yang terintegrasii dari kompetensi komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Data observasi adalah kata, ekspresi, dan ucapan yang mewakili integrase kompetensi komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas online dengan menggunakan WhatsApp Grup. Sumber data adalah Bahasa kelas guru dan ucapan siswa untuk merespon Bahasa kelas guru dari 4 proses pembelajaran. Kerangka indicator yang dikemukakan oleh Binkley et.al (2012) digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui indicator-indikator kompetensi komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang terintegrasi dalam komponen belajar-mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 8 dari 19 indikator kompetensi komunikasi dan 3 dari 15 indikator kompetensi kolaborasi yang terintegrasi dalam komponen pembelajaran kecuali tujuan pembelajaran pada ke-empat proses pembelajaran. This study aimed to find out the integration of Communication and Collaboration Competencies in the English Language Teaching and Learning for 7th grade students and to show in which Teaching and Learning components of the Communication and Collaboration Competencies are integrated. This research conducted a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The observational data were the words, expressions, and utterances representing the integrations of Communication and Collaboration Competencies which collected through online classroom observation by using WhatsApp Group (WAG). The data sources were the teacher’s classroom languages and students’ utterance for responding the teachers’ classroom language of 4 learning processes. The indicator framework proposed by Binkley et.al (2012) was used as references to find out the indicators of Communication and Collaboration Competencies that integrated in Teaching and Learning components. The results showed that there were 8 of 19 indicators of Communication Competence and 3 of 15 indicators of Collaboration Competence that integrated in learning component except the learning objectives in the four learning processes.
