Abstract

Pengembangan ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja field training untuk calon karyawan baru di PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama. Pengembangan ini menggunakan langkah-langkah pengembangan instrumen Wirawan. Proses pengembangan ini terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu, (1) Menentukan isi instrumen, (2) Menentukan skala penilaian, (3) Menentukan deskriptor level kinerja, (4) Pengembangan butir-butir instrumen, (5) Uji coba Instrumen. Hasil penelitian berupa instrumen penilaian kinerja field training yang berguna saat pelaksanaan field training calon karyawan baru dilakukan. Instrumen penilaian kinerja ini telah melalui proses expert review oleh ahli materi dan ahli evaluasi. Ahli materi memberikan nilai 3,45 (sangat baik) dan ahli evaluasi memberikan nilai 3,88 (sangat baik). Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan expert review dengan nilai 3,65 (sangat baik) dan pada uji coba one-to-one instrumen layak untuk digunakan sebagai acuan penilaian kinerja. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Field Training Untuk Calon Karyawan Baru Di PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama sangat baik untuk digunakan sebagai acuan penilaian kinerja. This development aims to develop a field training performance appraisal instrument for prospective new employees at PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama. This development uses the steps of developing the Wirawan instrument. This development process consists of 5 stages, namely, (1) Determining the contents of the instrument, (2) Determining the rating scale, (3) Determining the performance level descriptor, (4) Developing the items of the instrument, (5) Testing the instrument. The results of the research are in the form of field training performance appraisal instruments that are useful when implementing field training for new recruits. This performance appraisal instrument has gone through an expert review process by material experts and evaluation experts. The material expert gave a score of 3.45 (very good) and the evaluation expert gave a score of 3.88 (very good). From these results obtained the average value of the overall expert review with a value of 3.65 (very good) and in the one-to-one trial the instrument is feasible to be used as a reference for performance assessment. From these results it can be concluded that the Field Training Performance Assessment Instrument for Prospective New Employees at PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama is very good to be used as a reference for performance appraisal.
