Abstract

Hasil belajar biologi merupakan pemahaman, keterampilan, sikap dan nilai yang diperoleh siswa setelah memahami konsep biologi. Hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor dalam dan faktor luar. Kesungguhan dan kepercayaan diri merupakan faktor dalam yang dapat menentukan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesungguhan dengan hasil belajar biologi, mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan hasil belajar biologi, dan mengetahui hubungan kesungguhan dan kepercayaan diri dengan hasil belajar biologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2021. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 84 siswa secara simple random sampling . Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik survei melalui studi korelasional. Hasil uji prasyarat menunjukkan bahwa data sampel berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Data diuji dan dianalisis dengan uji regresi dan korelasi pada α = 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara kesungguhan dengan hasil belajar biologi, hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan hasil belajar biologi dan hubungan positif antara kesungguhan dan kepercayaan diri secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar biologi siswa. ****** Biology learning outcome is an understanding, skills, attitudes and values assessed by students after understanding the concept of Biology. Learning outcome is influenced by internal and external factors. Conscientiousness and self-confidence are factors that can determine learning outcome. This study aims to determine the correlation between conscientiousness and learning outcome in Biology, to determine the correlation between self-confidence and learning outcome in Biology, and to determine the correlation between conscientiousness and self confidence and learning outcome in Biology. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 44 Jakarta from May to June 2021. The number of research samples was 84 students using simple random sampling. The method used is a descriptive survey technique through correlational studies. The results of the precondition test indicate that the sample data comes from a normally distributed and homogeneous population. Data were tested and analyzed by regression and correlation test α = 0.05. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive correlation between conscientiousness and Biology learning outcome, a positive correlation between self-confidence and Biology learning outcome and a positive correlation between conscientiousness and self-confidence simuotanously with students' Biology learning outcomes.
