Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan hidup saat ini berdampak negatif dan merugikan menjadi hal yang marak dibicarakan masyarakat dunia. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan menanamkan perilaku bijak mengenai lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan peserta didik tentang konsep ekologi dan locus of control terhadap perilaku bijak peserta didik mengenai lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 71 peserta didik SMAN 50 Jakarta pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan metode studi kausal dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen citizenship behavior adalah 0.942, locus of control adalah 0.970 dan student’s knowledge adalah 0.691. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan peserta didik tentang konsep ekologi berpengaruh langsung terhadap locus of control, locus of control berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku bijak mengenai lingkungan, pengetahuan peserta didik tentang konsep ekologi berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku bijak, serta pengetahuan peserta didik tentang konsep ekologi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku bijak melalui locus of control. Environmental issues currently have a negative and detrimental impact, which are widely discussed by the world community. One of the efforts that can be made with citizenship behavior toward environment. This study aims to determine the effect of students' knowledge of the concept of ecology and locus of control on the wise behavior of students regarding the environment. This research was conducted on 71 students of SMAN 50 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year using a causal study method and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the calculation of the reliability coefficient of the citizenship behavior instrument are 0.942, the locus of control is 0.970 and student's knowledge is 0.691. The results of this study are that students' knowledge of ecological concepts has a direct effect on locus of control, locus of control has a direct effect on wise behavior regarding the environment, students' knowledge of ecological concepts has a direct effect on wise behavior, and students' knowledge of ecological concepts has an indirect effect. directly on wise behavior through locus of control.
