Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap work-family conflict pada ibu bekerja selama masa pandemik COVID-19 khususnya pada ibu yang memiliki anak usia Sekolah Dasar di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 362 orang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah Multidimensional Measure of Work-Family Conflict dan Emotional Intelligence Questionnare. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh nilai p (0,000) < α (0,050) pada dimensi time-based conflict. Pada dimensi strain-based conflict, diketahui nilai p (0,024) < α (0,050) dan pada dimensi behavior-based conflict diketahui nilai p (0,024) < α (0,050). Maka, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap work family conflict pada ibu bekerja yang memili anak usia Sekolah Dasar selama masa pandemic COVID-19. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on work-family conflict in working mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically for mothers who have elementary school-aged children in Jabodetabek. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 362 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The instruments in this study were the Multidimensional Measure of Work-Family Conflict and the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. Based on the results of the regression test, the value of p (0.000) < (0.050) on the dimension of time-based conflict was obtained. In the dimension of strain-based conflict, it is known that the p-value (0.024) < (0.050) and on the behavior-based conflict dimension, it is known that the p-value (0.024) <α (0.050). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on work family conflict in working mothers specifically who have elementary school-aged children during the COVID-19 pandemic.
