Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan berjudul “Desain Pelatihan Pembinaan Guru IPA SMP Dalam Penyusunan RPP Di Wilayah Binaan 3 Kabupaten Lebak” bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mengembangkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Pengembangan program ini mengacu pada model pengembangan instruksional (MPI) yang dikembangkan oleh M. Atwi Suparman yang terdiri dari delapan langkah. Hasil penelitian berupa set produk instruksional berupa kurikulum dan salah satu sampel bahan instruksional berupa modul. Responden yang terlibat untuk mengevaluasi produk diantaranya, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli materi pembelajaran dan ahli media pembelajaran, pengguna yang terdiri dari 5 Guru anggota MGMP IPA Wilayah Binaan 3 Kabupaten Lebak. Nilai yang di dapat pada tahap evaluasi formatif untuk desain pelatihan oleh ahli untuk materi pembelajaran sebesar 3,50 (sangat baik) dan desain pembelajaran 3,68 (sangat baik). Untuk bahan instruksional (modul) menurut ahli media pembelajaran 3,53 (sangat baik), ahli desain pembelajaran 3,44 (sangat baik), ahli materi 3,53 (sangat baik) dan pengguna 3,53 (sangat baik). The development research titled "Design Training Of Lesson Plan Making for Middle Science Teacher at Wilayah Binaan 3 Kabupaten Lebak“aims to develop a design training to improve competence in developing lesson plan. The program development refers to the Instructional Development Model by M. Atwi Suparman consisting of eight steps. The result of this research is a set of instructional products in the form of a curriculum and a sample of instructional material in the form of modules. Respondents involved for product evaluation include learning design expert, material experts, media experts and product users. The score obtained at the formative evaluation phase for design training by material expert is 3,50 which belongs to the excellent category and by learning design experts is 3,68 which belongs to the excellent category. The score obtained at the formative evaluation phase for training modules by the media expert is 3,53 which belongs to the excellent category, the learning design experts is 3,44 which belongs to the excellent category, the material expert is 3,53 which belongs to the excellent category and the product user is 3.53 which belongs to the excellent category.
