Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dalam jaringan (daring) membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat membantu pengajar dan pemelajar agar tetap dapat berinteraksi demi terlaksananya kegiatan pembelajaran selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Semua pembelajaran mata kuliah di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin (PSPBM), dilaksanakan secara sinkronus dan asinkronus dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi daring. Pelaksanaan PJJ daring ini membutuhkan evaluasi, PSPBM memutuskan melakukan penelitian evaluasi PJJ daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi yang digunakan dalam PJJ daring keterampilan berbicara bahasa Mandarin di PSPBM, serta pandangan pengajar dan pemelajar mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi yang digunakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengajar dan peserta mata kuliah Berbicara Dasar I-IV pada semester 113 dan 114 tahun akademik 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PJJ daring mata kuliah Berbicara Dasar I-IV di PSPBM masa pandemi Covid-19 dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner. Aplikasi daring yang digunakan yaitu Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, YouTube, WhatsApp dan Telegram yang dapat membantu pengajar maupun pemelajar selama proses pembelajaran. Meskipun terkadang terdapat beberapa kendala teknis seperti jaringan internet yang kurang stabil dan beberapa aplikasi membutuhkan banyak kuota internet, tetapi tidak ada hal spesifik lainnya yang menghambat pelaksanaan PJJ daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran, Pembelajaran jarak jauh daring, Keterampilan berbicara, Bahasa Mandarin The Implementation of online distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic requires the right online application to keep classroom activities convenient for teachers and students. All courses in the Department of Chinese Language Education (PSPBM) are conducted synchronously and asynchronously, using various online application that supports online distance learning. Implementation of online distance learning requires evaluation. In this regard, PSPBM decided to conduct an evaluation research of online distance learning. This study supposed to describe the use and utilization of online distance learning application for Chinese Speaking Skills Course in PSPBM, as well as teachers and students' perceptions of application use. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. Research data is collected through interviews and questionnaires. The respondents of this study are teachers and participants of Basic Speaking Skills Course level 1 to 4 in semester 113 and 114 Academic Year of 2020/2021 at PSPBM. The study results show that during the COVID-19 outbreak, the distance online learning Basic Speaking Skills Course level 1 to 4 at PSPBM were carried out smoothly. These are shown on the interview and questionnaire results. The online application used in the teaching process are Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, YouTube, WhatsApp and Telegram that supported teachers and students. Although there are some sorts of technical barriers, such as unstable networks and the need of large internet quotas for certain applications, there are no other specific obstacles during the implementation of online distance learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
