Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap resiliensi pada pekerja wanita yang sudah menikah di Jabodetabek. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Terdapat 103 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Resilience Scale (RS) untuk mengukur variabel resiliensi dan Self-Regulation Scale (SRS) untuk mengukur variabel regulasi diri. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat pengaruh regulasi diri terhadap resiliensi pada pekerja wanita yang sudah menikah di Jabodetabek. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulation on resilience in married female workers in Jabodetabek. This research uses a quantitative method, with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. There were 103 respondents who participated in this study. The instruments used in this study were The Resilience Scale (RS) to measure the resilience variable and the Self-Regulation Scale (SRS) to measure the self-regulation variable. The data analysis was performed by regression analysis. The result of this research shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that there is an effect of self-regulation on resilience in married female workers in Jabodetabek.
