Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh data empiris dan memberikan gambaran mengenai sikap orang tua terhadap kegiatan bermain anak usia 4-6 tahun di rumah selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, menggunakan kuesioner online dan wawancara beberapa responden. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan cluster random sampling, yaitu 70 orang tua yang memiliki anak berusia 4-6 tahun dan tinggal di 4 Kelurahan, Kecamatan Ciputat, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 54% dari jumlah responden berada pada kategori sikap “positif”. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran pada ketiga komponen penyusun sikap yaitu komponen kognisi, afeksi dan konasi yang diturunkan menjadi 8 indikator, keseluruhan indikator berada pada kategori “positif”. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya keselarasan atau koordinasi yang baik antara ketiga komponen penyusun sikap, sehingga sikap orang tua sudah konsisten dalam mendampingi kegiatan bermain anak di rumah selama pandemi COVID-19. This study was conducted to obtain empirical data and provide an overview of the attitudes of parents towards children aged 4-6 years old playing activities at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey method, using an online questionnaire and interviewing several respondents. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling, namely 70 parents who have children aged 4-6 years and live in 4 District at Ciputat, South Tangerang City. The results of this study indicate that 54% of the total respondents are in the "positive" attitude category. Based on the measurement results on the three components of attitude, the components of cognition, affection and conation which are reduced to 8 indicators, all indicators are in the "positive" category. This shows that there is good harmony or coordination between the three components of attitude, so that the attitude of parents is consistent in accompanying children's playing activities at home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
