Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh supervisi akademik dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap mutu pelayanan guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 guru dari 39 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software komputer SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan guru sebesar 57,0 %, (2) kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan guru sebesar 24,0 %, (3) supervisi akademik dan kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan guru sebesar 60,1 %. This study discusses the influence of academic supervision and teacher professional competence on the quality of service for State Elementary School teachers in Ciomas District, Bogor Regency. The research method used in this study is a survey research method with a quantitative approach using a sample of 100 teachers from 39 public elementary schools in Ciomas District, Bogor Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing is carried out using SPSS 25 for Windows computer software. The results of this study state that (1) academic supervision affects the quality of teacher services by 57.0%, (2) teacher professional competence affects the quality of teacher services by 24.0%, (3) academic supervision and teacher professional competence affects the quality of teachers. teacher services by 60.1%.
