Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan sebuah Program Pelatihan bagi designer di PT. Intermedia Multibahasa Indonesia (LingoTalk). Pengembangan program pelatihan ini menggunakan model Dick & Carey yang dimodifikasi hanya menggunakan 9 dari 10 tahapnya yaitu 1) mengidentifikasi tujuan dan kompetensi umum, 2) melakukan analisis instruksional, 3) menganalisis peserta didik, 4) membuat kompetensi khusus atau tujuan kinerja, 5) mengembangkan instrument penilaian, 6) mengembangkan strategi instruksional, 7) mengembangkan dan memilih bahan ajar, 8) merancang dan melakukan proses evaluasi, 9) melakukan revisi. Dalam penelitian ini, evaluasi yang dipakai adalah menggunakan evaluasi formatif dengan expert review dengan 2 ahli yaitu ahli kurikulum dan ahli materi. Masukan dari ahli kurikulum adalah penulisan TIU dan TIK belum memadai, alokasi waktu pelatihan belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelatihan, peta kompetensi belum sesuai dan instrumen evaluasi belum sesuai. Lalu adapun masukan dari ahli materi adalah karakteristik sasaran perlu dirumuskan kembali, persyaratan pembelajar/instruktur dan peserta pelatihan harus sesuai kebutuhan, serta GBPP harus mencerminkan isi pelatihan. Seluruh masukan ini telah diperbaiki. This development research resulted in a training program for designers at PT. Indonesian Multilingual Intermedia (LingoTalk). The development of this training program uses the Dick & Carey model which only uses 9 out of 10 stages, namely 1) identifying general goals and competencies, 2) conducting instructional analysis, 3) analyzing students, 4) making specific competencies or performance goals, 5) developing instruments assessment, 6) developing instructional strategies, 7) developing and selecting teaching materials, 8) designing and conducting an evaluation process, 9) revising. In this study, the evaluation used was formative evaluation with expert reviews with 2 experts, namely curriculum experts and material experts. The forces of the curriculum are the writing of ITU and ICT is not sufficient, the allocation of training time is not in accordance with the training needs, the competency map has not been formulated according to the rules and the evaluation of the instrument is not suitable for measuring ICT. Then the input from the material expert is that the target characteristics need to be reformulated, the requirements for learners/instructors and training participants are as needed, and the GBPP must reflect the content of the training. All of these entries have been corrected.
