Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa modul PPKn berbasis brain based learning dalam pembelajaran PPKn kelas IV sekolah dasar materi hak dan kewajiban bermasyarakat. Responden pada penelitian ini melibatkan tiga orang ahli yaitu, ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa serta peserta didik kelas IV dari SDN Rawamangun 05. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model yang dipilih yaitu ADDIE. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan evaluasi formatif meliputi tahap uji ahli, uji coba satu-satu, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan. Pada tahap uji ahli, validasi materi produk memperoleh hasil 89%, untuk validasi media memperoleh hasil 99% dan validasi bahasa memperoleh hasil 83%. Sehingga hasil rata-rata persentase uji ahli yang diperoleh sebesar 90%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada uji coba satu-satu yang melibatkan 3 peserta didik diperoleh hasil 92% dan wawancara. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil yang melibatkan 8 peserta didik diperoleh hasil 84%. Pada uji coba lapangan yang melibatkan 15 peserta didik diperoleh hasil 85%. Dengan demikian, modul PPKn berbasis brain based learning dalam pembelajaran PPKn kelas IV sekolah dasar materi hak dan kewajiban bermasyarakat memperoleh kriteria sangat baik dan layak digunakan. This development research aims to produce a product in the form of Civics education module based on brain-based learning in civics learning for grade IV in elementary schools on rights and obligations of society material. Respondents on this study involved three experts, namely, material experts, media experts and linguist experts as well as students on grade IV from SDN Rawamangun 05. The method used in this study was research and development (R&D) with the selected model namely ADDIE. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and formative evaluation including the expert test phase, one to one test, small group test and field test. In the expert test stage, product material validation obtained 89%, media validation obtained 99% and language validation obtained 83%. So that the average percentage of expert test results obtained is 90%. Based on the results of data analysis on a one-to-one test involving 3 students, the results obtained 92% and interviews. In a small group test involving 8 students, the results were 84%. Then, in a field test involving 15 students the results were 85%. Thus, the Civics Education module based on brain-based learning in Civics learning for grade IV in elementary schools on social rights and obligations material obtained very good criteria and was suitable for use.
