Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat palayanan massage dan kepuasan atlet di pelayanan kesehatan PPOP DKI Jakarta di masa pandemi COVID-19. Menggunakan metode survey, melalui fitur google form dan instrumen kuisioner tentang kepuasaan atlet. Instrument disusun berdasarkan indikator (1) Reliabilitas (Teknik), (2) Bukti Fisik (Fasilitas dan Sarana Prasarana), (3) Daya Tanggap (Ketanggapan), (4) Jaminan Kepastian (Attitude), (5) Empati, (6) Pemulihan Cedera, (7) Peningkatan Prestasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Random sampling yaitu memilih 104 atlet yang terdiri dari 65 Laki-Laki (62,5%) dan 39 Perempuan (37,5%) dari total populasi 314 atlet. Responden berasal dari 8 cabang olahraga dan usia responden dalam rentang 14 – 19 Tahun. Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data deskriptif kuantitatif. Pada dimensi tingkat realibilitas (Teknik) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 83,65%, pada dimensi bukti fisik (Fasilitas dan Sarana Prasarana) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 77,70%, pada dimensi tingkat daya tanggap (Ketanggapan) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,94%, pada dimensi tingkat jaminan kepastian (Attitude) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,93%, pada dimensi tingkat empati diperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,97%, pada dimensi tingkat pemulihan cedera diperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,77%, pada dimensi tingkat peningkatan prestasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,00%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perolehan nilai rata-rata pelayanan massage di pelayanan kesehatan PPOP DKI Jakarta sebesar 80,13%, dan perolehan nilai rata-rata kepuasan atlet di pelayanan kesehatan PPOP DKI Jakarta sebesar 79,85%. Berdasarkan kriteria interpretasi skor, maka nilai pelayanan massage dan kepuasan atlet tergolong dalam kategori baik. Adapun penerapan protokol kesehatan selama pelayanan dimasa pandemi diantaranya (1) Melakukan Swab Test, (2) menggunakan masker, (3) menunjukan sertfikat vaksin, (4) tidak berkerumun (maksimal 2 orang didalam ruangan), (5) mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah melakukan massage. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Massage, Kepuasan atlet, Atlet, Protokol kesehatan LEVEL OF MASSAGE SERVICE AND ATHLET SATISFACTION IN DKI JAKARTA PPOP HEALTH SERVICES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of massage services and athlete satisfaction at PPOP DKI Jakarta health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using the survey method, through the google form feature and a questionnaire instrument about athlete satisfaction. Instruments are arranged based on indicators (1) Reliability (Technique), (2) Physical Evidence (Facilities and Infrastructure), (3) Responsiveness (Response), (4) Assurance (Attitude), (5) Empathy, (6) Injury Recovery, (7) Achievement Improvement. The data collection technique used random sampling, namely selecting 104 athletes consisting of 65 male (62.5%) and 39 female (37.5%) from a total population of 314 athletes. Respondents came from 8 sports and the age of the respondents was in the range of 14-19 years. Then analyzed using quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. On the dimension of the level of reliability (Technique) an average value of 83.65% is obtained, on the dimension of physical evidence (Facilities and Infrastructure) an average value of 77.70% is obtained, on the dimension of responsiveness level (Responsiveness) the average value is obtained 78.94%, on the dimension of assurance level (Attitude) obtained an average value of 81.93%, on the dimension of level of empathy obtained an average value of 81.97%, on the dimension of injury recovery level obtained an average value of 80.77 %, on the dimension of the level of achievement improvement, the average value is 78.00%. Based on the results of the study, the average score for massage services at PPOP DKI Jakarta health services was 80.13%, and the average score for athlete satisfaction at PPOP DKI Jakarta health services was 79.85%. Based on the score interpretation criteria, the value of massage services and athlete satisfaction are in the good category. The implementation of health protocols during services during the pandemic includes (1) doing a swab test, (2) using a mask, (3) showing a vaccine certificate, (4) not crowding (maximum 2 people in the room), (5) washing hands before and after do massage.
