Abstract

---ABSTRAK--- Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola komunikasi terhadap work-life balance pada pekerja wanita dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 91 pekerja wanita usia 20 sampai 35 tahun, sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun, sudah menikah dan memiliki anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen RFCP oleh Koerner dan Fitzpatrick dan instrumen Work-Life Balance oleh Fisher, Bulger, dan Smith yang diadopsi dari Ummah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bersifat positif antara pola komunikasi keluarga dengan work-life balance pada pekerja wanita dengan nilai r sebesar 0.480 dan sig. 0.000. ---ABSTRACT--- This study was conducted to determine the relationship between family communication patterns and work-life balance in female workers using qualitative research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 91 female workers aged 20-35 years, had worked for at least 1 year, were married and had children. This study uses the RFCP instrument by Koerner and Fitzpatrick and the Work-Life Balance instrument by Fisher, Bulger, and Smith adopted from Ummah. The results show that there is positive correlation between family communication patterns and work-life balance in female workers with a value of r 0.480 and sig. 0.000.
