Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menguraikan fenomena alumni selayaknya output curicullum pada fase berkuliah hingga menjadi angkatan bekerja. Cakupan ini berselaras dengan teori Robert D. Putnam akan dialektika modal sosial beserta pendukung Pierre Bourdieu. Mengenai tujuan penelitian yakni: untuk menguraikan tentang lima Alumni Sosiologi dalam membentuk kapital budaya yang dimiliki ketika berkuliah di UNJ. Untuk menguraikan tentang elemen-elemen kapital budaya lima Alumni Sosiologi yang terbentuk ketika berkuliah di Sosiologi UNJ. Terdapat pula pada metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara jenis studi naratif (narrative research). Penggunaan pendekatan untuk menilai secara kajian pengalaman para informan, berkaitan dengan lokasi penelitian berlangsung secara via online dan tatap langsung oleh informan pendukung. Waktu penelitian berlangsung pada tanggal 8 Januari 2021 hingga 28 Mei 2021. Terdapat dua jenis informan baik utama dan pendukung yakni: Kak Fasub, Kak Ditagi, Kak Antri, Kak Ratdwi, Kak Anmuh dan Pak Nubas. Secara metodologi bertujuan untuk mencari validitas antar Alumni dengan informan pendukung mengenai landasan berpendidikan tinggi sebagai strategi masa depan. Hasil penelitian menemukan secara rangkaian wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), observasi, dan dokumentasi penelitian (melaui media sosial). Terdapat bentuk kapital budaya dari ketiga aspek terkait hingga ketercapaian pembentukan capaian strategi. Mengenai capaian strategi melibatkan bentuk strategi edukatif/strategi pendidikan. Keadaan privat dari sebelumnya ketika berpendidikan di SMA secara komunal (bersama) tentu melibatkan dialektika praktik sosial berbeda. Secara mahasiswa kupu-kupu (kuliah pulang-kuliah pulang), mahasiswa kunang-kunang (kuliah nongkrong-kuliah nongkrong), dan mahasiswa kura-kura (kuliah rapat-kuliah rapat). Memang secara isi penelitian mencangkup hasil beberapa temuan empiris: pertama, mengenai kapital budaya secara manajemen di kedua ranah (ranah akademik dan non-akademik). Kedua, berkecimpung mematangkan public speaking. Ketiga, berkecimpung berprinsip terbuka dan berjejaring. Keempat, mengenai sikap keterbukaan dan adaptif. Kelima, berkecimpung adaptif pada beragam ranah. Identifikasi terkait berlandasi pula keadaan practical skill maupun soft skill sebagai bentuk copying strategy. Kata Kunci: Kapital Budaya, Pendidikan Tinggi, Mobilitas Sosial, Dialektika. ****************************** This research attempts to define or characterize the phenomena of alumni as well as the curriculum output during the college phase till they enter the workforce. This coverage is based on theory of Robert D. Putnam within dialectic on social capital within Pierre Bourdieu. In terms of the research aims, they are to characterize the role of five sociology alumni in shaping their cultural capital while at UNJ. The five Sociology Alumni formed while studying at Sociology UNJ to explain the characteristics of cultural capital. In the type of story study, there is also a research methodology that employs a qualitative approach (narrative research). The employment of a method to evaluate the informants' experiences in relation to the location of the study within supporting informants used an online and face-to-face strategy to assess the informants' experience, which was tied to the research's location. The study took place between January 8, 2021, and May 28, 2021. Ms. Fasub, Ms. Ditagi, Ms. Antri, Ms. Ratdwi, Ms. Anmuh, and Mr. Nubas were the major and supporting informants, respectively. With terms of methodology, it tries to establish validity between alumni and supporting informants in regards to higher education as a future strategy. A series of in-depth interviews, observations, and research documents were discovered as a result of the study's findings (via social media). From the three associated components to the attainment of the goal, there is a type of cultural capital. From the three associated aspects of the formation of strategic successes, there is a type of cultural capital. In terms of achieving the strategy's objectives, it takes the shape of an educative strategy/educational strategy. The private condition from before, when students were communally (collectively) educated in high school, clearly entails a dialectic of diverse social activities. In terms of butterfly students (back and forth between colleges), firefly students (study hanging out-study hanging out), and turtle students (study hanging out-study hanging out) (college meeting-lecture meeting). Indeed, the conclusions of various empirical studies are included in the study's content: first, in terms of managing cultural capital in both spheres (academic and non-academic domains). Second, work on improving your public speaking skills. Working using open principles and networking is the third step. Fourth, there's the issue of adaptability and openness. Fifth, be adaptable across multiple areas. As a copying approach, related identification is also focused on practical and soft skills.
