Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif-Historis yang bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana Usaha Kuliner dapat berkembang dengan pesat di Kecamatan Ciledug, Kota Tangerang. Kecamatan Ciledug merupakan salah satu bagian dari Kota satelit DKI Jakarta yang perkembangannya cukup terlihat signifikan terutama setelah dibangunnya jalur Trans Jakarta koridor 13. Perkembangan Kecamatan Ciledug dilihat dan diukur melalui 2 Faktor perkembangan Kota yakni faktor internal, meliputi: Fisik Geografis, Infrastruktur & Transportasi. Dan faktor eksternal, meliputi: Ekonomi, Kebijakan Pemerintah, Pendidikan & Teknologi. Kedua Faktor tersebut nantinya digunakan sebagai data penunjang dan menjadi indikator untuk menjawab alasan Usaha Kuliner dapat berkembang pesat di Kecamatan Ciledug. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan 3 kategori informan, yaitu (1) Informan Kunci, Masyarakat Kecamatan Ciledug yang sudah tinggal lama dan dapat memberikan gambaran menggambarkan perkembangan Kecamatan Ciledug, sejumlah 2 orang. (2) Informan Kunci, Pemilik Usaha Kuliner di Kecamatan Ciledug, sejumlah 5 orang. (3) Informan Pendukung, pelanggan Usaha Kuliner di Kecamatan Ciledug yang ditemui saat melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha kuliner di Kecamatan Ciledug, sejumlah 2 orang Ditambah dengan observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum terdapat perkembangan yang cukup signifikan dari ke 2 faktor yang diukur dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun kebelakang terutama sebelum dan setelah dibangunnya Jalur TransJakarta koridor 13. Perkembangan inilah yang menjadikan Kecamatan Ciledug memiliki sebuah ekosistem yang sangat cocok untuk Usaha Kuliner dapat berkembang dengan pesat. ********************** This research is a qualitative-historical research which aims to find out and understand how Culinary Business can develop rapidly in Ciledug District, Tangerang City. Ciledug District is one part of the satellite city of DKI Jakarta whose development is quite visible, especially after the construction of the Trans Jakarta corridor 13. The development of Ciledug District is seen and measured through 2 factors of city development, namely internal factors, including: Physical Geographic, Infrastructure & Transportation. And external factors, including: Economy, Government Policy, Education & Technology. These two factors will later be used as supporting data and become indicators to answer the reasons why Culinary Business can develop rapidly in Ciledug District. This research was conducted by conducting interviews with 3 categories of informants, namely (1) Key Informants, Ciledug District Community who have lived for a long time and can provide an overview describing the development of Ciledug District, a total of 2 people. (2) Key Informants, Culinary Business Owners in Ciledug District, a total of 5 people. (3) Supporting Informants, Culinary Business customers in Ciledug District who were met when conducting interviews with culinary business owners in Ciledug District, a total of 2 people. Coupled with observations and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that in general there has been a significant development of the 2 factors measured in the past 5 years, especially before and after the construction of the TransJakarta Line corridor 13. This development makes Ciledug District have an ecosystem that is very suitable for Culinary Businesses to grow rapidly.
