Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelar tinggi pada muatan IPS di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data mulai dari data collection (pengumpulan data), data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), dan conclution drawing (penarikan kesimpulan). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan buku dan jurnal yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas tinggi pada muatan IPS di sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat dijadikan alternatif model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas tinggi pada muatan IPS di sekolah dasar. *********** This research is a literature study that aims to examine the role of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model to improve student learning outcomes for high grade students on social studies content in elementary schools. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Collecting data in this study using books and journals that are in accordance with the research topic. The results of the study stated that the jigsaw cooperative learning model improved the learning outcomes of high grade students on social studies content in elementary schools. Thus, it can be concluded that the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative learning model to improve the learning outcomes of high grade students on social studies content in elementary schools.
