Abstract

---ABSTRAK--- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hardiness Karyawan Yang Mengalami PHK, Metodeyangdigunakaniniadalahmetode Deskriptifkuantitatif.Penelitianinimenggunakan alat ukur teori dari Kobasa (1982) How Hardy Are You, skala ini menggunakan 17 butir pertanyaan. Sampel berjumlah 206 Kayawan yang terdampak PHK. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil perhitungan analisis deskriptif dapat diketahui bahwa Karyawan yang terdampakPHKpadamasapandemiCOVID-19memilikitingkathardinessyang tinggi. ---ABSTRACT--- This study aims to determine the Hardiness of Employees who have been laid off. The methodused is quantitative descriptivemethod. This study uses a theoreticalmeasuring instrument from Kobasa (1982) How Hardy Are You This scale uses 17 questions. The sample is 206 employees who are affected by layoffs. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees according to the criteria.
