Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada pegawai negeri sipil di Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kualitas kehidupan kerja sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 285 pegawai negeri sipil yang tersebar di beberapa biro pada Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Sampling sebanyak 75 pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,744 atau 74,4%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, didapatkan bahwa variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja (X) berhubungan signifikan dan positif dengan komitmen organsiasi (Y). This study aims to describe the relationship between the quality of work life and organizational commitment to civil servants at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The variables studied were the quality of work life as the independent variable (variable X) and organizational commitment as the dependent variable (variable Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study was 285 civil servants spread across several bureaus at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The sampling technique used was proportional sampling as many as 75 employees were used as research samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model with the acquisition of a coefficient of determination of 0.744 or 74.4%. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the variable quality of work life (X) was significantly and positively related to organizational commitment (Y).
