Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) terhadap kompetensi profesional guru di SD Gugus IV Kecamatan Tanah Abang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) terhadap kompetensi profesional guru di SD Gugus IV Kecamatan Tanah Abang. Variabel yang diteliti adalah partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) sebagai variabel bebas (Variabel X) dan kompetensi profesional guru sebagai variabel terikat (Variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kepada guru. Pengumpulan data untuk kedua variabel menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis linier sederhana, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi, dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar = 4,909 yang artinya lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar = 1,98. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) terhadap kompetensi profesional guru di SD Gugus IV Kecamatan Tanah Abang. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi partisipasi guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG), maka semakin tinggi pula kompetensi profesional guru. This study discusses the effect of teacher participation in the Teacher Work Group (KKG) on the professional competence of teachers in SD Cluster IV Tanah Abang Sub-District. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of teacher participation in the Teacher Work Group (KKG) on the professional competence of teachers in SD Cluster IV Tanah Abang Sub-District. The variables studied were teacher participation in the Teacher Work Group (KKG) as the independent variable (Variable X) and teacher professional competence as the dependent variable (Variable Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to teachers. Collecting data for both variables using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear analysis, with prerequisite tests first, which include normality test, regression significance test, and linearity test. From the results of the hypothesis obtained tcount = 4.909 which means it is greater than ttable = 1.98. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive influence between teacher participation in the Teacher Work Group (KKG) on the professional competence of teachers in SD Cluster IV Tanah Abang Sub-District. Based on these conclusions, it can be said that the higher the teacher's participation in the Teacher Work Group (KKG), the higher the teacher's professional competence.
