Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara menyeluruh dan sebagai contoh terkait manajemen mutu pendidikan melalui program sekolah penggerak di SMPN 109 Jakarta. Sub fokus penelitian adalah perencanaan dan pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan melalui program sekolah penggerak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian meliputi: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, dan tiga guru mata pelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan mutu pendidikan melalui program sekolah penggerak dilaksanakan setelah sekolah dinyatakan lolos seleksi dan ditetapkan sebagai sekolah pelaksana program sekolah penggerak dengan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi program sekolah penggerak, menganalisis kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi literasi, numerasi, dan menanamkan karakter yang sesuai dengan profil pelajar Pancasila, merumuskan kebijakan strategi sekolah meliputi: perumusan visi, misi, tujuan sekolah, menyusun kurikulum operasional sekolah, menyusun modul ajar, menyusun kalender akademik, dan menyusun jadwal pelajaran, dan mengimplementasikan program dengan pendampingan intensif oleh pelatih ahli yang disediakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi selama tiga tahun ajaran. (2) pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan melalui program sekolah penggerak dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan sosialiasi program sekolah penggerak, penyiapan kebijakan sekolah terkait penyelenggaraan program sekolah penggerak, penyiapan guru, kepala sekolah, dan staff sekolah yang mengikuti pelatihan program sekolah penggerak, melaksanakan perencanaan berbasis data pada tingkat sekolah, melaksanakan pelatihan program sekolah penggerak bagi kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah, dan guru, melaksanakan pemanfaatan platform teknologi untuk pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah, dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan paradigma baru. ** This study aims to provide a comprehensive picture and as an example related to the management of education quality through the movement school program at SMPN 109 Jakarta. The sub focus of the research is the planning and implementation of the quality of education through the movement school program. This type of research is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive approach. The method of data collection was done through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Informants in the study included: the principal, vice principal for curriculum, vice principal for student affairs, and three subject teachers. The results of this study indicate that: (1) education quality planning through the movement school program is carried out after the school is declared to have passed the selection and is designated as the implementing school for the movement school program through socialization activities for the movement school program, analyzing the need to improve literacy, numeracy, and instilling competence. Characters that are in accordance with the Pancasila student profile, formulate school strategy policies including: formulating the vision, mission, school goals, compiling school operational curricula, compiling teaching modules, compiling academic calendars, and compiling lesson schedules, and implementing programs with intensive assistance by expert trainers who provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for three academic years. (2) the implementation of quality education through the movement school program is carried out by socializing the movement school program, preparing school policies related to the implementation of the driving school program, preparing teachers, school principals, and school staff participating in the movement school program training, implementing data-based planning at the school level, carry out training of movement school programs for principals, school supervisors, and teachers, implement the use of technology platforms for learning and school management, and implement learning with a new paradigm.
