Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Pelita Atsiri, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi manajemen pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2021 hingga Desember 2021. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses awal perencanaan pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran tahfidz diawali dengan mengadakan rapat analisis pendidikan karakter melalui kurikulum tahfidz AlQur’an. Setelah itu, berdasarkan rapat dewan guru, membentuk koordinator agama, menentukan metode dan strategi pembelajaran, menentukan jadwal pelajaran, menentukan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran, pembiasaan peserta didik, dan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. (2) proses pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an dilakukan melalui pembelajaran, pembiasaan, dan kegiatan ektrakulikuler rohis sebagai penguatan. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahifdz dimulai dengan berwudhu, berdoa, murajaah hafalan, pemberian motivasi dan hikmah dari setiap surat. Kemudian, pada pembiasaan sehari-hari peserta didik wajib shalat dhuha berjamaah, tadarus dan muraja’ah bersama, membersihkan dan menjaga kebersihan sekolah. (3) evaluasi pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an diawali dari pengamatan guru terhadap catatan harian shalat, catatan perilaku, serta penilaian terhadap kualitas bacaan hafalan, tajwid, dan makhroj. Hasil rapat evaluasi menentukan hasil penilaian peserta didik berdasarkan laporan dan catatan guru, perkembangan peserta didik, membahas kendala, serta memberikan masukan dari kepala sekolah dan dewan guru terkait pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan dari hasil evaluasi penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an. ******************** This research was conducted at SMP Pelita Atsiri, which aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of character-based education management through learning tahfidz Al-Qur’an. This research was conducted from July 2021 to December 2021. The researcher used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the initial process of planning character-based education through tahfidz learning begins with holding a character education analysis meeting through the tahfidz Al-Qur’an curriculum. After that, based on the teacher council meeting, forming a religious coordinator, determining learning methods and strategies, determining lesson schedules, determining character education values through learning, habituation of students, and extracurricular activities. (2) the process of implementing character-based education through learning tahfidz Al-Qur’an is carried out through learning, habituation, and spiritual extracurricular activities as reinforcement. In the implementation of tahifdz learning begins with ablution, praying, murajaah, giving motivation and wisdom from each letter. Then, in daily habituation, students are obliged to pray dhuha in congregation, tadarus and muraja'ah together, clean and maintain the cleanliness of the school. (3) evaluation of character-based education through learning tahfidz Al-Qur’an begins with teacher observations of prayer diaries, behavioral records, and assessment of the quality of rote reading, recitation, and makhroj. The results of the evaluation meeting determine the results of student assessments based on teacher reports and notes, student progress, discuss obstacles, and provide input from the principal and the teacher council regarding the implementation of character-based education through learning tahfidz Al-Qur’an to improve and develop the results of the evaluation the application of character-based education through learning tahfidz Al-Qur’an.
