Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan otentik dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan analisis jalur diterapkan dalam hipotesis dan 75 sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Kepemimpinan Otentik berpengaruh positif dan langsung terhadap Kinerja. Artinya, peningkatan kepemimpinan otentik kepala sekolah telah meningkatkan kinerja guru SMP Negeri Kota Bekasi yang signifikan, 2) Lingkungan Kerja berdampak positif dan langsung terhadap Kinerja. Artinya, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif akan membantu guru untuk dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik dan menghasilkan hasil kerja yang optimal, 3) Kepemimpinan Otentik kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan langsung terhadap Lingkungan Kerja. Artinya, Kepemimpinan Otentik kepala sekolah mampu menghadirkan motivasi kerja dan menghasilkan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan nyaman sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja. Kata kunci : Kinerja Guru, Kepemimpinan Otentik, Lingkungan Kerja *********** ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of authentic leadership and the work environment on teacher performance. This research was conducted at The State Junior High School of Bekasi City. The study used quantitative methods with survey methods and path analysis applied in hypotheses and 75 samples were selected using proportional random sampling. The results of this study are 1) Authentic Leadership has a positive and direct effect on Performance. That means, the improvement of authentic leadership of the principal has improved the performance of Bekasi City State Junior High School teachers significantly, 2) The Work Environment has a positive and direct impact on Performance. That means, a comfortable and conducive work environment will help teachers to be able to carry out their duties well and produce optimal work results, Authentic leadership of principals has a positive and direct influence on the Work Environment. That means, authentic leadership of the principal is able to present work motivation and produce a healthy and comfortable work environment so that it has an impact on improving performance.
