Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran meliputi fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan yang terjadi di masa pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta PAMOR Cikampek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan atau menjelaskan keadaan, kejadian suatu objek orang atau sesuatu yang diteliti dan di jelaskan melalui angka maupun kata-kata. Data penelitian di peroleh melalui observasi, wawancara informan, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis dan hasil interpretasi data menunjukan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran di masa pandemi meliputi penyususnan perogram pembelajaran dan kurikulum darurat pandemi covid-19, pemilihan metode dan media yang diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran daring dan luring, pengorganisasian pembelajaran meliputi pembagian tugas mengajar guru dan wewenang tambahan guru, pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi pengaplikasian RPP, media dan metode pembelajaran daring maupun luring, dan pengawasan meliputi supervisi, monitoring, pelaporan dan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar dan mengajr selama masa pandemi. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran tentang manajemen pembelajaran yang terjadi di sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta (SMKS) di masa pandemi Covid-19 telah berjalan sesuai dengan kurikulum pembelajaran masa pandemi, metode dan media pembelajaran d masa pandemi. Para guru dapat mengelola pembelajaran daring menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi pembelajaran daring dengan baik. Para siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dan menggunakan aplikasi daring tanpa hambatan yang berarti. Namun perubahan pembelajaran dari tatap muka ke daring mengalami beberapa permasalahan dan kendala dari pihak guru maupun siswa, dukungan, komitment dan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan untuk keberhasilan pembelajaran di masa pandemi. *********** The aims of this study is to describe about learning management including the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic at PAMOR Cikampek Private Vocational High School. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method, which research that describes or explains the circumstances, events of an object, person or thing being studied and explained through numbers and words. The research data was obtained through observation, interviewing informants, and documentation studies. The analysis and interpretation of the data shows that learning planning during the pandemic includes the preparation of learning programs and the Covid-19 pandemic emergency curriculum, the selection of methods and media applied in online and offline learning, learning organization including the division of teacher teaching task and duty and additional teacher duty, implementation of learning includes the application of lesson plans, media and learning application used in online and offline learning methods, and supervision includes supervision, monitoring and assistance in the implementation of learning and teaching activities during the pandemic period. The findings in this study can provide an overview of the management of learning that occurred in Private Vocational High Schools (SMKS) during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been going according to curruculum covid-19 pandemic, using method and media for teaching in pandemic. Teachers can manage online learning well using online learning applications. The students can follow the learning and use the online application without any significant obstacles. However, the change in learning from face-to-face to online experienced several problems and obstacles from the teachers and students, support, commitment and cooperation between various parties were needed for successful learning during the pandemic
