Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Tenaga Operator Sekolah Dasar Negeri Di Wilayah II Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan analisa data yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisa jalur (path analysis). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrument. Terdapat 106 sampel sebagai unit analisis yang diambil dari 144 populasi. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel dengan memperhatikan suatu tingkatan pada elemen populasi (stratifite random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukan : pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Efektivitas Kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,544 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,515. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Efektivitas Kerja. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,277 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,34. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Lingkungan Kerja Tenaga Operator Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Wilayah II Jakarta Selatan akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Efektivitas Kerja. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Lingkungan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,332 dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,534. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Lingkungan Kerja. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data analysis is carried out using path analysis techniques. The process of collecting data is done by using a questionnaire as an instrument. There are 106 samples as the unit of analysis taken from 144 populations. The sample is determined by using a sampling technique by taking into account a level of the population element (stratified random sampling). The results showed: first, there was a direct positive influence between the principal's leadership on work effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.544 and a t-count value of 6.515. This means that an increase in the principal's leadership will be followed by an increase in work effectiveness. Second, there is a direct positive effect between the Work Environment on Work Effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.277 and a t-count value of 2.34. This means that an increase in the Work Environment of State Elementary School Operators in Region II South Jakarta will be followed by an increase in Work Effectiveness. Third, there is a direct positive influence between the principal's leadership on the work environment with a correlation coefficient value of 0.332 and a t-count value of 3.534.
